• How long can I get the feedback after sent the inquiry?We will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
  
• How long can I get the sample? Is that for free? Normally within 5 weekdays, samples will be prepared. It's free for 1 or 2 sets to evaluate product performance, but freight collects, please.

• What's the lead time? Bulk production will be finished within 30 days usually.
  
• What's your warranty? Our warranty is 12 months under normal usage. It will not be valid if the product has been misused, modified, altered, or repaired.
